About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results while maintaining high service standards.

Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for managing operations, people, and finance for a high-volume location. This includes ensuring our brand is well known in the community, delivering profit objectives, and providing compassionate care and support to families during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and inspire your team by creating a workplace where people feel valued and proud to work
  • Manage operations, people, and finance for a high-volume location
  • Deliver profit objectives while maintaining outstanding customer service levels
  • Understand and respect individual values and beliefs during sensitive situations
  • Communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Empathize with clients' needs and present options clearly
  • Exercise competent administrative and computing skills with attention to detail
  • Be flexible to participate in after-hours duties, including occasional weekends
  • Develop strong written and oral communication skills
  • Possess an unrestricted Driver's license
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
