Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the commercial performance of our Inspections division, including NDT, Smart NDT, and OCTG services across Australia and PNG.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To establish and maintain a safety culture that minimizes hazards and injuries.
  • Manage operational rollouts to drive growth in line with business objectives.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients locally and internationally.
  • Develop and monitor plans for operational expansion.
  • Ensure daily operations meet required standards.
  • Lead by example, promoting high performance and quality through motivation and leadership.
  • Foster effective communication with senior management and key business units.
  • Purposefully prepare tender responses, quotations, and service order agreements.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in commercial financial management.
  • Strong sales and business development background.
  • Experience and understanding of customer needs.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Aptitude to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
