Job Opportunity: Lead Casework Team

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of caseworkers in delivering high-quality services to children and families. As a Permanency Support Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable children and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in child protection, OOHC, and trauma-informed practice. They will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of caseworkers. Experience working with government agencies and NGOs is also highly desirable.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of caseworkers in delivering high-quality services to children and families

  • Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs to achieve common goals and objectives
Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in child protection, OOHC, and/or trauma-informed practice
  • Previous experience working with Children's Court and/or DCJ
  • Knowledge of current NSW child protection reforms
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
