About the Role

The Marketing and Engagement Officer will play a key role in promoting student enrolment at Charles Sturt University. This position will be responsible for coordinating and delivering various marketing and engagement initiatives to our future students, both on and off campus, as well as online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage with identified audiences, including targeted secondary schools, VET institutions, community partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Co-design and deliver information in various formats to appeal to these audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with university goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, promotion, and/or business development methodologies.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
