Job Overview

We are seeking a solicitor with a passion for real estate to join our team at Bebe Estate Lawyer. This role offers a unique chance to work with high-profile clients on high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors—leveraging cutting-edge legal technology and contributing to strategic global projects.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on complex property transactions and negotiations;
  • Prepare and review contracts related to commercial, industrial, and retail sectors;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing agreements and leases;
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the practice of real estate law;
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth and revenue through effective client engagement and relationship-building.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LL.B., LL.M.);
  • Possess a strong understanding of property law, including contract law, torts, and estates;
  • Proven experience working in the field of real estate law, preferably with a reputable firm or organization;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders;
  • Professional certification as a solicitor or attorney, such as an LLM in Real Estate Law.
