Real Estate Transaction Specialist Needed

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Transaction Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine transaction requirements and ensure timely completion
  • Act as a neutral liaison between parties, adhering to established policies and procedures while mitigating risk
  • Ensure accurate accounting and disbursement of funds according to contract terms and company policy
  • Provide regular status reports to parties involved in the transaction
  • Examine property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents
  • Prepare legal documents for transaction closure
  • Record and file documents, prepare final closing statements, and distribute title
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in escrow-related transactions
  • Direct experience handling escrow transactions
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and proprietary programs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state
  • High school diploma or equivalent
