About the Opportunity

This full-cycle sales role allows you to own your pipeline, shape how we sell, and collaborate with procurement teams across Australia and New Zealand. You'll need to quickly grasp ESG regulations but will become an expert in a rapidly growing space selling products that make a tangible difference.

  • Prospect into enterprise procurement and legal teams, creating your own opportunities from day one.
  • Conduct discovery to uncover pain points and connect challenges to outcomes only Fair Supply can deliver.
  • Navigate complex sales: manage multi-threaded buying groups, maintain momentum through 3-6-month sales cycles, and bring skeptics along.
  • Demonstrate purpose: showcase how we solve real problems and help procurement teams envision possibilities.
  • Serve as a bridge between customer and company: share insights with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance sales, support, and growth.
Requirements
  • Sell SaaS effectively: cover the entire cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts.
  • Thrive in the build phase: address new problems daily and find solutions without solely following playbooks.
  • Communicate clearly: express yourself concisely without jargon or rambling.
  • Think strategically: see the bigger picture and make decisions accordingly.
  • Think consultatively: delve deep to understand problems rather than just promoting features.
  • Have startup experience: work in environments where you had to figure things out, not just follow established procedures.
