Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our guests. They are responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment of arrival to departure.

  • Welcome guests with a smile and make sure they have an unforgettable stay;
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and accounts with care;
  • Assist with group check-ins, prepare communication, and coordinate logistics effectively;
  • Respond promptly to internal and external requests, operate telephones, and handle guest inquiries with ease;
  • Securely store and deliver guest luggage and items on request.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a customer-facing role;
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional service;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
