We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Private Butler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests.

The Private Butler will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our brand promise by providing professional and courteous service to hotel guests at all times. This includes coordinating bespoke services, experiences, and amenities with discretion and efficiency, as well as acting as the single point of contact for VIP and high-profile guests throughout their stay.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisation and time management skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of Sydney's premium restaurants, bars, attractions, and other points of interest. You will also need to be proficient in Opera PMS and possess a current NSW RSA Certification.

Requirements:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service
