About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Information Systems Specialist to join our team. This role involves applying your expertise in the development, integration, and deployment of security-accredited Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems.

You will work closely with technical colleagues and Defence stakeholders to provide IT technical and administration support for Mission Planning Systems.

  • Maintenance and configuration of physical servers, networking hardware, and mission planning laptops.
  • Supporting development, introduction to service, sustainment, and enhancement of mission planning software and hardware.
  • Identifying and managing technical risks, while contributing to program documentation and reporting.

This position requires experience in Defence ICT environments and skills in areas such as:

  • Administration of client operating systems (Windows 10–11).
  • Software scripting, configuration management, and Office applications.
  • Understanding of Defence ICT security accreditation requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in MS Windows platforms (including imaging, security, and server environments).
  • Strong understanding of software scripting, configuration management, and Office applications.
