About the PositionThis is an opportunity to work in a multi-purpose health service with a dedicated management team to deliver emergency and acute care.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure safe patient-focused care and effective financial management.
- Promote innovation and improvement to increase staff satisfaction and patient safety.
- Safely roster staff, manage absenteeism, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Enhance team stability through effective communication.
- Contribute to on-call rosters.
You must be a registered nurse with current annual practicing certification. Postgraduate qualifications in acute care, health management, and Indigenous health are advantageous.
Credentialling as an X-ray operator is highly desirable in rural settings.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team working towards a common goal.
