Role Overview:

Deliver engaging education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and evaluate student learning programs and resources
  • Deliver training and assessment aligned with VET requirements
  • Support student engagement, attendance, and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment
  • Participate in curriculum development, industry consultation, and quality assurance
  • Provide leadership and support within the department
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary qualifications and recent industry experience
  • Registration as a Plumber in Victoria
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner-centred teaching
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ICT skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
