About the Role- Demonstrate safe, evidence-based practice standards while working under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
- Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team to meet the diverse needs of patients.
- Administer medications according to state laws and organisational policies.
- Provide leadership and support to colleagues within the Mental Health department.
- Develop strong relationships with patients and their families through empathetic and professional interaction.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in psychiatric care through ongoing education and training.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Enrolled nurse qualification in monitoring and administering IV medications.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
