Highly Skilled Mental Health Nurse Wanted

We are seeking an experienced mental health nurse with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality patient care in inpatient, day programs and outreach settings for individuals experiencing mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients in general psychiatry and eating disorders settings
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective patient care
- Maintain a safe environment through adherence to established protocols
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health (or working towards)
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check completed within the past 12 months
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Strong clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
