Financial Services Professional

We're looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate.

  • Undertaking FASEA approved education pathway is a must-have for this role, ensuring you have the necessary knowledge to succeed in this position.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services is required to qualify for this position.
  • Having experience with Xplan and working in a client-facing role is highly desirable but not essential.

This role involves providing ongoing support and high-quality assistance to Financial Advisers and Partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending client meetings and actively participating to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Arranging and coordinating documentation for client meetings to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Overseeing the preparation of annual review and new business plans, including developing draft strategies, financial modeling, completing fact-find data and other inputs needed to complete advice instructions.
  • Conducting insurance needs analysis and preparing insurance quotes to meet client requirements.
  • Managing workflow to deliver results that meet client expectations while maintaining an understanding of operational processes for other teams, including paraplanning and operations.
  • Monitoring client accounts and team dashboards to stay up-to-date on performance and maintain accurate records.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between Financial Advisers within the team/pod, administrative and operational teams for escalations and investigations.
