We ensure both human and animal health by preventing and mitigating plant and animal pests and diseases, while upholding high animal welfare standards and maintaining access to interstate markets critical for Queensland's thriving primary industries.

As a senior biosecurity professional, you will deliver operational services that protect Queensland from the impacts of high-risk invasive species.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver operational services to prevent the establishment of invasive species.
  • Contribute as a senior member of a high-performing team.
  • Support stakeholders to manage invasive species and mitigate their impacts on Queensland's economy and environment.
