About this Role

The Manufacturing Director will oversee the daily activities and long-term strategy of our manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 25 product staff including assembly workers, fitters, welders and painters.
  • Implement performance visual dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment among production staff.
  • Ensure workplace safety standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain an ISO9001-compliant Quality Management System.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in production leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to implement manufacturing systems and improve processes.
  • Knowledge of quality management principles.
  • Experience with lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
