The Senior HS&T Advisor will play a pivotal role in shaping best-in-class health, safety, and training systems and processes at Capricorn Copper.
This dynamic role involves assisting the HS&T Lead in managing health, hygiene, safety, and training programs, including the development and management of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Duties also include:
- Supporting line managers in achieving health, safety, and training objectives.
- Maintaining, updating, and reviewing the safety management system (SMS) to ensure compliance with current legislation, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Providing clinical support for onboarding, minor illness treatment, and emergency response.

Capricorn Copper is a high-grade underground mining operation with a strong history of copper and silver production.
The operation has an expected lifespan of over 10 years, supported by substantial ore reserves estimated at 16 million tonnes, along with further exploration potential.
