About the Role:

In this role, you will report to the Senior Safety Advisor and provide professional support to the Health & Safety team, as well as additional administration assistance to other site teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Health and Safety Team with day-to-day tasks, including document management, data entry, and cyclical processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Damstra workforce management system.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the SharePoint Intranet page to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Streamline business processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support other teams as needed.
