About this role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications professional to drive marketing and communications strategies for our clients.

The role involves a wide range of marketing and communications functions:

  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Plan, research, test, and implement marketing and fundraising strategies across various media channels.
  • Create and deliver engaging content for target audiences, including campaigns, email marketing, social media, and internal communications.
  • Analyze and report on marketing and communications activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Design and manage premium events, such as lecture series and conferences.
  • Buildevent promotions.
  • Buil Strong stakeholder relationships and provide fortnightly reporting.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or theology (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong client and team relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including self-management and autonomy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media.
  • Relatable nature and understanding of the Christian not-for-profit sector.
  • Ability to work within a Christian ethos and vision.
