Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EIS/EES projects and approvals strategies for major projects, both offshore and onshore.
- Manage multiple projects within scope and budget, maintaining exceptional team and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with technical leads to deliver superior outcomes for clients.
- Support Account Directors in client relationship management and new business opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in environmental planning and impact assessments, with 5+ years in environmental consulting – experience in marine and offshore environments highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in Commonwealth and Victorian environmental legislation, as well as complex project delivery skills.
- Excellent project management, budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, risk management, and communications skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building and sustaining excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
- Tertiary degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Planning, or a related discipline.
- Authorisation to work in Australia.
Earnings estimates suggest a salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
