About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager Radiation Therapist to join our dedicated team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and supervisory functions of our Radiation Oncology Department, ensuring that departmental protocols and regulations are enforced and continually improved.

As a Clinical Manager Radiation Therapist, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing efficient service protocols that directly impact treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction. You will also contribute to the strategic and operational planning of our clinical areas, influencing the future of radiation therapy and enhancing the quality of care we provide.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about advancing patient care in radiation therapy. To thrive in this role, you should meet the following key requirements:

  • Hold a Degree in Medical Radiation Therapy and relevant accreditation.
  • Proven ability to manage teams through organisational change and strategic planning.
  • Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and implementing innovative procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams at all levels.
