We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and mobility assistance.
- Offer respite and emotional support, providing a listening ear and a helping hand when needed.
- Transport customers to appointments and social events, promoting independence and mobility.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts in Toowoomba, QLD, allowing for a stable and predictable work schedule.
- Award rate, plus superannuation, paid KM's, and phone allowance, ensuring a competitive salary and benefits package.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
