Heavy Vehicle Truck Driver Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced heavy vehicle truck driver to fill a key position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate Heavy Rigid trucks safely and efficiently on various routes.
  • Handle dangerous goods with care and attention to detail, adhering to strict guidelines.
  • Deliver LPG across metro and regional areas in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including log books, for efficient route planning and monitoring.
  • Report any site defects or hazards promptly to ensure workplace safety.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months operating experience in your license class, preferably recent experience as a MC driver, HC Truck Driver, or Delivery Driver.
  • A clean driving record and possession of a current Heavy Vehicle licence (HR minimum) and Dangerous Goods licence.
  • A strong safety-focused attitude and high level of physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
  • Aptitude for mechanics and a solid understanding of WHS requirements, enabling you to identify and mitigate potential risks.
