About the Role

Working under the guidance of the Chef Supervisor, you will help prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve meals in accordance with food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with special dietary requirements such as texture-modified diets.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Support compliance with food safety regulations and stock management.
Requirements:
  • A Food Handling Certificate and relevant cookery qualification.
