Job Description

Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking to employ experienced High Reach Forklift Operators and those who have attained their LF ticket. The selected candidates will be based in the Parramatta and South West Sydney Area, working with various clients from diverse industries.

The primary responsibilities of this role include safely operating High Reach/Counterbalance forklifts, performing manual handling tasks, loading and unloading trucks and containers, managing inventory through replenishments, cycle counts, and investigations. Additionally, candidates must be able to complete Pick/Packing Activities, pack and manifest orders, repackage and label stock as needed, and perform general warehouse duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current LF Licence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
  • RF scanning and pick-packing experience is a plus

Candidates must also have reliable transport and a commitment to the role. To be successful, they must be able to pass a Criminal History Check/Police Check with 'No Disclosable Outcomes' and a Drug and Alcohol test.
