Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new retail store in Bondi. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bringing this innovative concept to life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the retail store team is driven and motivated to pursue all available opportunities. You will strive to create exceptional customer experiences, manage and resolve customer issues, and coach team members through the process as required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader in retail travel. Excellent people management, coaching, and mentoring skills and experience are essential. You will also possess excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, proven ability to influence and find alternative resolution or solution pathways, and the ability to build customer loyalty by providing an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the retail store team is driven and motivated to pursue all available opportunities
  • Strive to create exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and escalations
  • Coach team members through the process as required
  • Support, coach, and mentor team members to encourage performance and re-enforce team targets and objectives
