We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading the retail store team to achieve sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship building.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader in retail travel
  • Excellent people management, coaching, and mentoring skills and experience
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to influence and find alternative resolution or solution pathways
  • Ability to build customer loyalty by providing an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs in a demanding and high-pressure environment
