Job Description:

The Development and Environmental Services Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the team through front-line customer service, administrative support, research and analysis of statutory information, and ad-hoc reporting.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have high-level written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively liaise with internal/external customers in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Responsibilities include providing front-line customer service, supporting the development and environmental services team, conducting research and analysis of statutory information, preparing ad-hoc reports, and maintaining and managing corporate systems.

Requirements:
  • A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Contemporary knowledge of administration functions.
