Employment Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support job seekers in transforming their lives through tailored employment solutions.

This fast-paced and rewarding role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration, and be willing to complete a national police check.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities with local businesses.
  • Support job seekers to develop skills and become job-ready.
  • Deliver quality services while meeting contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Enhance employability through training and referral services.
  • Develop personalized job plans for employment pathways.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license and insured vehicle.
  • A MyGov ID (Standard level).
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check.
  • Willingness to complete a Working with Children Check.
  • Availability for full-time work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
