About The Role
As a Workforce Australia Employment Consultant at APM, based in Murgon QLD, you will support participants (job seekers) to transform their lives by working closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions.
The role is fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding, aiming for positive outcomes and making a difference.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure employment opportunities with local employers.
Support participants to identify skills and become job-ready.
Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
Enhance employability through training and support referrals.
Develop personalized job plans for employment pathways.
Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community groups.

Candidate Suitability
We seek driven, solution-focused individuals with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and adaptability.
Experience in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is advantageous.
Full training will be provided to help transfer your skills into a career in Employment Services.
Minimum Requirements

Eligibility to work in Australia.
A current driver's license and insured vehicle.
A My Gov ID (Standard level).
Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
Availability for full-time work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
