Care and Support Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operation of supported independent living settings with administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement individualised supports within SIL/s.
- Develop and strengthen the knowledge and abilities of a team of support workers to ensure a person-centered culture within the program.
- Provide direct support and lead the team across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance and community access.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the health sector, a Certificate 4 or higher in a related field, and demonstrated leadership/management experience. They will also be able to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability.
About You:- Prior experience in the Health Sector is highly regarded.
- Cert 4 or higher in a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership/management experience is highly regarded.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
