Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) team on the Central Coast. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people in our care.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver tailored case management services to vulnerable children and young people, supporting recovery from trauma and promoting positive life outcomes.

You will work closely with clients, families, and service providers to assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress. Flexibility for occasional weekend work and on-call duties is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care and child protection.
  • An understanding of the ITC model.
  • An unrestricted driver's license and own vehicle.
