Job Title: Senior Cost Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for managing contracts across the lifecycle of projects, conducting estimate assurance reviews, and leading the Cost Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
  • Manage contracts across the lifecycle of projects.
  • Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associate report writing.
  • Lead the Cost Management team across various projects in Real Estate, Defence, and Infrastructure.
  • Display excellence in service delivery leadership.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of industry experience.
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to gain defence clearance.
  • A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering, or similar.
  • Infrastructure experience, especially with aviation or utilities.
  • Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, or parametric cost models.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation, and continued improvement.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients.
