The OpportunityAs Chief Growth Strategist, you will lead the team responsible for identifying new business opportunities across the APAC higher education sector. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, craft service proposals, and negotiate contracts. Your performance will be judged by individual and team sales revenue, along with supporting other areas of OES.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- Over 10 years of experience in consultative business development and solution selling.
- Relevant experience working within the higher education sector.
- Advanced written and visual communication skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated success in business development at the C-suite level.
- Proven experience in developing, negotiating contracts, and building effective pricing models.
