**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a Head of Property to manage the end-to-end leasing & expansion of the DECJUBA property portfolio. It’s an exciting time to join the #DREAMTEAM as we’re set to open 100 new stores in the next 12 months.
Reporting into the Director of Store Development, you will work closely with our Chief Risk Taker, Tania Austin, our Store Development team, Finance and Landlords.
**As DECJUBA’s Head of Property, you will work across 4 main verticals**:
**LEASING**
- Proactively source new sites in line with the agreed Decjuba strategy
- Management of leases and renewals within the portfolio
- Keep up to date with all lease negotiations.
- Negotiate fitout contribution, build periods, defit cost & scope in line with Decjuba requirements.
- Ensure new store openings, refurbishments & relocations are delivered to timelines.
**PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT**
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with landlords to ensure that stores are delivering to expectations.
- Raise & resolve issues with landlords which impact trade eg works near store
- Manage communications with landlords on escalated maintenance & store design issues.
- Manage Offsite/storage leasing portfolio.
**LEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION**
- Ensure operating model and structure is appropriate to deliver to business needs.
- Foster a high-performance, engaging team environment and culture.

**ADMIN & LEGAL**
- Management of Lease Administration
- Ensure all leasing documentation is accurately maintained in the leasing system.
- Liaise with external legal provider to ensure documentation is completed in line with agreed terms.
- Acquire complete base build drawings/site drawings from centres & landlords for the Store Development team
**ABOUT YOU**
As an experienced Head of Property, you’ll have strong pre-existing relationships in the retail and property sector. You may have experience in either the landlord or tenant side, and you’ll have a strong interest in the fashion / retail sector.
