">Dispensary Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dispensary Technician. This role is critical in enabling us to deliver exceptional customer service and support the needs of our customers.

Job Description:

The Dispensary Technician will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs, and assisting the pharmacist to process prescriptions efficiently using our dispensing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with customers to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Assist the pharmacist to ensure customers' prescriptions are processed correctly and efficiently using our dispensing system.
  • Ensure dispensaries are well-stocked to best serve customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
  • Once fully trained, work across our network of pharmacies in the SA metropolitan area.
