Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Agent to join our team in providing exceptional loan administration services.

This role will involve managing relationships between lenders and borrowers, coordinating instructions, communications, and payments for syndicated loans. You will work closely with relationship managers to provide a complete and efficient service to both syndicate lenders and borrowers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end loan support across Syndicated loans, guarantees, drawdowns, rollovers, and ratesetting, restructures, amendments, fees, and general agency lending administration.
  • Manage all payment functions arising from loan facilities, including loan drawdowns, repayments, fees, interest collections, and paying agent roles on USPP.
  • Process high-value foreign currency, Swift, and RTGS payments ensuring they are actioned correctly and on time.
  • Manage and coordinate amendment requests from clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of the Loan IQ system and product knowledge of Facility Agreements.
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and analyze loan and facility agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a dynamic working environment, but also work effectively in an autonomous capacity.
