We are seeking an experienced remediation specialist to join our team at Duratec Australia. Based in Tasmania, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the Defence, Marine, Mining, Energy, and Commercial sectors.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of remediation techniques and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. As a remediation specialist, you will be responsible for leading teams on-site and overseeing the execution of remediation works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead remediation teams on-site and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement remediation plans in accordance with industry standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the remediation industry, preferably with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of remediation techniques, including concrete repair, steel fixing, and protective coating application.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
