- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, achieve EBITDA targets, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance services.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and workforce planning to optimize resource allocation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team aligned with our company's values and goals.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, address feedback promptly, and monitor online reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including owners, body corporate, and external partners.
We seek candidates with:
- 5+ years of senior hotel or hospitality management experience, focusing on operations and profitability.
- Proven skills in budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization.
- Strong leadership skills to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Experience in guest relations and delivering high customer service standards.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and P&L analysis.
- Knowledge of body corporate and strata management processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple priorities.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety compliance.
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred, not essential).
- Current RSA and relevant certifications (preferred).
- Flexible availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
