We are seeking a highly skilled Roof Labourer to join our team. As a Roof Labourer, you will play a vital role in the success of our solar installation team.

Your primary responsibility will be to work safely and efficiently on roofs to ensure that our installations meet the highest standards. You will be part of a dynamic and growing family business that prides itself on delivering high-quality services.

Key skills required for this position include a positive attitude, ability to work in a team, punctuality, and good communication skills. You should also be physically fit, able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 20kg, and have a reliable transport method to get yourself to site.

In return for your hard work, we offer above award rate ($30-$40 p/h dependant on experience), permanent casual position moving into full-time, additional on the job training provided, and apprenticeship opportunities down the line.

We are looking for someone who is committed to individual safety and team safety, has excellent communication skills, and can work unsupervised and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of roof labouring experience, hold a White Card and Working at Heights certification, and have Australia work authorisation.
