About Our Team

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison for secondary teachers, under the guidance of the head of student learning and support, to provide individualized interventions for students.
  • Guide teachers and provide support in developing curriculum for the learning interventions to support students.
  • Provide advice to secondary school teachers in managing student behavior of students with disability or special needs.
  • Guide secondary teachers and assist in record-keeping and documentation related to student learning progress and outcomes.
  • Evaluate student learning support efforts and progress in discussion with secondary teachers.

Key Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate a Christ-like example in the college, ensuring that all activities are undertaken with a strong Christian commitment and focus. They will show willingness to work collaboratively with the secondary teachers, learning support team, and other corresponding teams to enhance student outcomes.
