
Chief Store Leader

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- You will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training or arranging for the training of staff, authorizing the return of merchandise, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and co-ordinating activities of workers.
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education and Experience- No degree, certificate or diploma required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required
