We are seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our dental practice as a permanent full-time employee.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized with attention to detail, and possess exceptional customer service and patient care skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and amend appointments, answer the phone and update patient records.
- Support the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.
- Make patients aware of dental services and offers.
- Handle payments and access sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Available to work full-time.
- Previous dental reception experience is highly regarded.
- Experience in dental assisting is also highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess exceptional customer service and patient care skills.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, light-hearted manner.
