Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
IPAR is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Rehabilitation Consultant. As an Occupational Therapist with IPAR, you will play a critical role in helping injured workers return to work and promoting workplace health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop return-to-work plans for injured workers
- Collaborate with employers, employees, and medical professionals to prevent workplace injuries and promote a safe working environment
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Provide clinical guidance and support to Rehabilitation Assistants and other team members
- Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- A passion for injury prevention and return-to-work outcomes
- A current driver's license and access to a vehicle
