Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Café team as a Food Attendant.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent part-time position (15 hours per week) with opportunities for casual work, providing the chance to develop your skills and gain experience in a dynamic environment.
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to our customers, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food safety and responsible service of alcohol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable and proactive in responding to customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • To support events, functions and catering needs, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [X] months' experience working in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, preferably with experience as a barista.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with customers.
