Job Summary:

We offer exceptional dining experiences in a charming seaside setting. Our restaurant has received recognition for excellence in seafood cuisine.

We seek skilled food attendants to join our team during the upcoming festive period. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
  • Setting tables according to booking requirements and customer requests
  • Cleaning and maintaining restaurant areas
  • Delivering full fine dining table service
  • Pouring beverages, including cocktails and wine presentations
  • Facilitating room service, taking orders and serving guests
  • Ensuring compliance with RSA government legislation

About You:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working with guests and colleagues.
A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service is required, along with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Maintaining impeccable presentation and personal grooming standards is vital.
Previous experience in table service is necessary.
Section waiting experience is desirable.

This role requires flexibility to work most Friday and Saturday nights, as well as a variety of lunch and dinner shifts throughout the week.
