About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer Watchkeeper to join our team on the RSV Nuyina. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work, as well as performing duties in the engine room and around the vessel.
About You - Your Ideal Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in the maritime industry, with a strong background in engine room operations.
- Hold a Certificate of Competency as Engineer Watchkeeper (Motor) with additional qualifications in security awareness, medical fitness, and maritime security identification.
- Right to work in Australia and hold a valid passport.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage time, resources, and relationships to ensure efficient completion of work.
