Quarry Maintenance Fitter

Our organization is seeking skilled Quarry Maintenance Fitters to perform a range of operational tasks.

Job Description

We require an individual with experience in performing Crushing Plant and process inspections, as well as repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have fault finding and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude. In addition, the successful applicant will be required to demonstrate their ability to perform basic fault analysis and rectification, identify and report hazards, conduct safety audits and risk assessments on equipment, and operate power tools safely.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Trade Certification in mechanical engineering
  • Proven experience in a maintenance/repair type role
  • Proven experience maintaining quarry crushing equipment highly regarded
  • Previous experience in preventative maintenance system
  • APPROVED EWP and confined space ticket
