Join Our Fashion Team as a Creative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and innovative individual to assist our fashion design team.

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in fashion design or a related field are essential.
  • Proficiency in patternmaking, technical skills, fabrications, and trims is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative is crucial.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Adobe creative suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and Microsoft Excel is expected.
  • The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a small team is vital.
  • Reliability, hard work, critical thinking skills, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential qualities for this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Standard 8-hour shift per day.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Melbourne before starting work.
  • Australian Work Authorisation is required.
